You do not need to live near our office to work with us. Here is how it works:

2. Meet by video or phone for a free consultation with Attorney Geralda David.
3. Sign documents electronically from your phone or computer.
4. Attorney David handles your case wherever the accident happened in Florida, and keeps you updated by phone, text, email or video.

If your loved one is in the hospital or cannot speak for themselves, a family member can call us on their behalf.

Please note: our firm’s only office is in Weston, Florida. We serve clients in every other part of the state from that office, by phone or video.
